Abstract

LCTO has been prepared using conventional synthhesis method and microwave synthesis method.Sintering have been done at 1000 degree centigrade for 4 hours in conventional wayand in a microwave way for 20.30 and 60 minutes.Density measurenment,XRD analysis,dielectric constant and dielectric loss measurenment,SEM measurenments have been done.Highest density is achived in microwave sintered sample.XRD confermed a perovskyte cubic structure.Dielectric measurenment were done in the frequency range 1KHz to 1 MHz.It showed a diffused phase transition.
