Abstract
Bi0.5Na0.25Li0.25TiO3 based humidity sensor was successfully synthesized via the solid state sintering method. The characterization and humidity sensing properties of the Bi0.5Na0.25Li0.25TiO3 based humidity sensor are provided. The sensor exhibits good sensing properties. Disc shaped humidity sensors was fabricated and tested of its sensing characteristics. . The impedance changes by more than four orders of magnitude in the range of 33-85 % RH, which will be suitable for fast response time, high response and longtime stability.
