Abstract

We want to study the effect when an alkali material Sr is substituted on rare earth material site site of Nickelate and Cobaltate. The samples are primed by Sol-gel method. The structural analysis of the samples is done by detail Rietveld analysis of XRD data by which represents the samples are in single phase. The granular information and size is surveyed through SEM analysis. The band gap of both Cobaltate and Nickelate is measured by UV Visible spectroscopy technique which shows that the samples are semiconducting in nature. The dielectric measurement of two samples is done to find out dielectric loss and dielectric constant with respect to frequency. The results are discussed from different graphs.
