Through-The-Wall radar imaging has many applications where it is necessary to view visually and physically obstructed area. Search and rescue, police and military operations are typical applications of Through-The-Wall radar. The main purpose is to detect inner content or structure of a room behind a wall or layout of a building. In this thesis,eStepped Frequencyeand Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar(ISAR)eprocessinge have been used to developetwo dimensionaleradar images of target inside room.The returned signal of radar from scattererseof various parts of targeteare processedeand displayed.The processing of target returns is done using two high resolution techniques:edevelopment of aehigh-range resolution profile in slant range usingestepped frequency waveform,eand the developmenteof a high range resolution profile in cross range using ISARetechnique.The Doppler shift is considered in the developmente of a high range resolution profile in cross range.With these two techniques,eimages of targets can be eextracted,processed and displayedeusing dominant scatterers. Analysis of real data is done where 2-D image of the target is obtained by experimental data i.e.,the reflection coefficients of region of interest are used. Frequency domain Imaging implementation is used to generate 2-D image.
