Abstract
In Medical Science, the report of a disease of a patient plays an important role in analysis and treatment. Nowadays, due to the hierarchy of hospital, it takes a lot of time to start the treatment. So this project is proposed for which acquisition of EMG signal from Patient body takes place and wirelessly it is transmitted to doctor. Electromyography is a measuring device of electrical pulses generated through polarization of muscle fibers during muscle contraction. Despite in development in technology, the product is costly. Hence the aim of this thesis is the reduction of cost and transmission of noise free signal to doctor. This project describes the extraction of EMG signal from human body by non-invasive electrodes and sensor, removal of noises present in it by using filters as surface electromyographic signal that originates from muscle is contaminated by various noise or motion artifacts that arise at the electrodes-skin interface, the noise from amplifier and other source, processing of signal from microcontroller and finally, transmission through Bluetooth.
