Abstract
The Telecare Medicine Information System (TMIS) is used to provide health services to patient over network. In TMIS data is tansmitted openly over insecure network. For securing that data and provide legal access to TMIS services we need authentication. Authentication scheme based on smart card and password can’t provide three factor security against stolen, theft and forgoten attack. We proposed authentication scheme based on smart card, password and biometric to provide three factor security. We also use least cost chaotic map operation
to keep computation cost minimum.
