Abstract
Human hands are one of the important parts of human body. Our hands are involved in majority of our daily jobs. Therefore, studying the dexterity of human hand is an important research area. The skilled a craftsmen hand is better is the value of that customer in the market scenario. The dexterity is the skill. Many of us suffer from a second largest neuro-musculoskeletal disorder known as the Parkinson’s disease. Thus, to detect the problems and cure them the properly the dexterity is studied by defining the various factors affecting the dexterity of hands. In to resolve different problems, present in the dexterity test an automated hand dexterity kit is trying to be developed. Along the effect of different shapes of peg during dexterity test is being studied by measuring the velocity and acceleration and tilt angle of the persons hand while performing the task. Already certain advancement have been made in the velocity and acceleration study during the earlier presentations further the effect of tilt angle has been incorporated and studied.
