A numerical simulation is made on heat transfer mechanism in a 3D ‘V’-type corrugated channel by varying Reynolds numbers and heat flux at wall. The simulation is done by considering laminar and turbulent stream of two liquids viz., water and air. Numerical results are obtained by discretizing the 3 Dimensional mass, momentum and energy equations using Finite Volume Method. The results are expressed by plotting the Nussle number along the wall surfaces of the channel by varying the wall heat flux and Reynolds numbers. The obtained results are also expressed as temperature and velocity plots at different lines in different planes.
