Abstract
In order to the production of concrete, the work of batching plant is to mix the materials like sand, gravels, water and cement. In big construction site it is a common thing. So it’s a important matter that whoever is operating the machine they should have properly trained. So as to maintain the quality of the equipment maintenance is being carried out Every batching plant has its own checklist for maintenance purpose. This is used while maintenance to check all points to get a effective delivery and production of concrete. Checklist involves daily, weekly, monthely, quarterly etc. Lockout-Tag out (LOTO) or lock and tag is a safety procedure which is used in industry and research settings to ensure that dangerous machines are properly shut off and not started up again prior to the completion of maintenance or servicing work. It requires that hazardous power sources be "isolated and rendered inoperative" before any repair procedure is started.
