Abstract

Filtering is used to suppression of the signal to make the noise less and used for the improvement of signal in presence of selected frequencies. Instead of conventional filter here a network filter with considering robustness is employed. The reason for taking network filter is to consider all possible delay in the network and data loss while transmitting control signal through network. In this thesis a filtering error system is designed, with parametric uncertainties in it and investigate stability and performance of the designed system. The H∞ performance is investigated in accordance with the norm bounded condition. The filter is being designed are expressed as a set of linear matrix inequalities(LMI). By solving the LMI one can find the parameter of designed filter. Here, i am going to investigate that the estimation of plant is being tracked by filtering estimation state. Examples are given to show the effectiveness of the method. MATLAB/SIMULINK models are given which shows the effectiveness of tracking of state estimation.
