This thesis presents the acquisition and signal conditioning of electrocardiogram signal and development of android application to see real-time ECG signal coming from human body on android smart phone equipped with Bluetooth technology. This whole system contains three subsystems. First subsystem is assigned to acquisition of analog raw ECG signal from human body and necessary signal processing to convert this signal into digital for further communication. Second subsystem consists of Arduino board and Bluetooth Module, this system performs analog to digital conversion and transfers incoming data bits serially to a cell phone via Bluetooth module. The last one is Android smart phone which plots the data by using android application. In our system, good quality of ECG images were recorded in oscilloscope and displayed further on smart phone screen at low cost.
